Hira Power & Steels Limited (HPSL), a flagship company of the HIRA Group, is a pioneer in Ferro Alloys manufacturing in India, being the first to produce Ferro Silicon in a 2.5 MVA furnace. Established in 1987 with a modest turnover of ₹2 Cr and 300 MT/month production, the company has grown exponentially under the leadership of Shri Om Agrawal, now achieving over ₹200 Cr turnover and 5200 MT/month output.
Based in Chhattisgarh, a region known for cost-efficient steel production, HPSL operates a 26 MVA furnace, a 20 MW captive power plant (with coal linkage), and holds mining assets in Madhya Pradesh. It also has seven manganese ore prospecting rights in South Africa, three of which are near the renowned Kalahari basin. A 20 MVA furnace expansion is underway.
With a client base of 350+ industries worldwide, HPSL is recognized for its consistent quality, international-standard alloys, and customer-centric approach. The company is now focused on scaling its brand presence globally.
